We boldly decided to take the Raider, since either my dad or I have been driving it almost every day, and it’s been behaving well.
It did super well, never got hot, averaged 14L/100km overall, (16mpg US, and thanks to traffic and hills, it did 10mpg on the way up), and was generally a blast on the very twisty and mountainous highway 3. I may have been the slowest one on the highway, as 100km/hr is at 3000rpm, but that’s okay. Also fun on backroads in the park, but I didn’t have much time for exploring because we were all busy being drunk for 2 days. Anyways, here’s the few photos I did take when I went to check out Lightning Lake on Saturday morning.
